Psyche: breath, life, soul, spirit.

The word "psyche" comes to us  via Latin from the Greek "psukhe," meaning breath and life.  In my counseling practice, I hope to affirm that meaning and help you strengthen your voice, soul, and spirit as you take your first steps in psychotherapy or "soul healing."
